VFS global in Cape Town online booking is terrible and unprofessional

This online service is terrible- I would rather go to Home Affairs!!! I have already completed and PAID FOR 2 applications to renew my children’s visas, and the online booking system will not allow me to make an appointment- I have been trying for 4 DAYS!! The first time it said there were available appointments in the next few days, now it doesn’t allow me to make appointments for the entire next year!! I have logged out and back in literally at least 30 times, I’ve tried multiple times per day. I have written 2 emails with no reply. If I can’t book in the next few days, out situation will be dire: What a terrible way to do business.
