VFS Global "helpline" *** not working for more than 2 months.
VFS Global Helpline menu options have not been working since beginning January 2024 up to and including the day of writing this review, 5 March 2024.
Calling their (VFS ***) helpline from within KZN. I have a simple issue to resolve and their email support are emphatic that their call Centre works fine and tell me to call the helpline and wont help me via email. So I am stuck. Shocking, this has real-life implications on someones life and wellbeing.
