Vfs global has no ****ing customer service

Worst service I’ve ever had. I’ve been trying to four days to get the whereabout of my passport not one of the service personnel have the decency to call back as they said they would. Every day I call in and every day it’s the same thing ‘ we can’t hold of the centre’ you can’t get one person in three damn says
