VFS Global Global mistake - irresponsibility

Dear Abainboro:<br> <br> I am also facing problem with VFS global. This time they did not submitted my application to DHA and kept in their office for a year. After my continuation complaints finally 5th May they submitted. I complain against Bloemfontein VFS Global manager..i got the same mail from Rishen Lalla. I hope they will do something. My colleagues who submitted for PRP after 2 and 4 months of my submission on 30 June 2014 they already got their PRP. <br> <br> I should have my PRP at least beginning of this year. Thanks to VFS for messing up my application and submitting after one year.<br> <br> I hope they will take some responsibility and escalate my application with DHA for finalization.
