In March 2018 my husband had all documents including PRP ******. Had to apply for Proof of Permanent Residence via VFS Global on behalf of DHA. The experience from security at the door to submitting documents was friendly, efficient and professional. DHA had them on a matter of days. Eight months later, our granddaughter in Australia graduation fast approaching and no POP. In desperation we went to VFS Cherry Lane and met Candice-lee King, Deputy Manager Operations, told her our story. She asked for a letter of motivation to escalate to DHA. That done and her constant communication with DHA yielded positive results. At the eleventh hour on Friday 29-04-2019 we got the message "We got it" Collected at 16.30pm, booked by 23.00pm and flew 29th to attend graduation on 3rd May 2019, a memorable occasion.
