VFS Global are *********.

VFS Global are absolute *********. My fiance app**** to extend her visa and when she went to her appointment they told her that they are not extending visas and told her that she can get a refund. We followed everything that we needed to do to get the refund and called the call center to see what happens but they just give us email addresses to contact that don't exist. All this time trying to get a refund for a service not rendered and them telling us we could get a refund they have not rep**** or made any attempts to contact use or let us know what is happening. The call center it self is the most infuriating place to deal with and when you do eventually get through to an agent they are rude and extremely unhelpful. If there was any other way for us to deal with this issue we would, but VFS global are the only ones who do this for the DHA and they are ruining it for everyone.
