VFS Global appalling!!!

I have been trying to make appointment on the website for almost 3 weeks. It keeps saying that I cannot as they are fully booked. I finally get an appointment for myself on the 09-06-2023 and cannot proceed to book appointment for the rest of my family I kept on trying since then. Today I strike gold and get appointments for the 13th and the 14th for my kids and when I try to do my hubbys booking the system bombs out and I must try again in an hour!! Really! I have spent weeks trying to do these appointments. We fly out on the 22-06 and the appointments we have received are so late we will not be able to make the flight. Leave alone the fact that we must go to vfs on separate occasions to do our visas individually as we cannot appointments on the same day. I tried calling the vfs office. No one answers! It just rings. If you select the prompts it says that appointment are done online and the call cuts. Extremely frustrating!!
