VFS dysfunctional organisation couldn;t care less about thie customers

I have been waiting for my SA visa for 17 months when I went to get the stamp in my passport it took 4 and a half hours of waiting to get it. VFS couldn't care less about the public they are a dysfunctional organisation anybody who works for them must be desperate for work and cant look themselves in the mirror. They are second only to Department of Home Affairs who have sat on my application for 17 months.
