VFS Doesn't Advise People They Just Take Our Money

I app**** for a PRP and was rejected because of my DZP. Only now have I found that applying under section 26a will lead to a rejection if one has a DZP, and that I should have app**** under 27a instead. Why didn't VFS advise me instead of just taking my money and application like a bunch of idiots? <br> <br> This is so frustrating. Now i have to spend more money going through the whole process again just because VFS didn't do their job.
