VFS DHA_SA IGNORING REFUND REQUEST

VFS is just the worst!!!! We app**** online as per instruction posted on the website and proceeded with payment. This was done while confirming the process with a lady named Phindile. After completing the application online we were informed that the application must be submitted manually and we paid into the wrong VFS account. We app**** manually, submitted all our documents and paid again. We requested a refund from the initial application and provided proof of successful 2nd application but there's no response from VFS. I'm no longer able to log in online to claim refund, I have sent tons of emails requesting them to send me refund forms with no success. I have sent follow up emails all I'm getting is automated responses. The service from VFS is really appalling. I have resorted to this platform because my emails are being ignored.
