VFS credit refund office

I have 2 pending refunds, another one from 2019 and another one 2021. I have written several times to VFS Credit refund office, they only rep**** me ones after I wrote a review on this platform and that was that. I kindly ask if you can process the refunds. The service that I received from the VFS offices that I have visited is amazing, VFS Polokwane and VFS Durban. The staff members are so professional. It’s not fair to rate VFS poor because of one department which is performing below the expectations of the customers
