VFS CapeTown snailing on ZSP

I app**** fort the ZSP permits in November 2014 and up-to now no feedback as yet. If i track it online it gives 3 different dates that it says have been forwarded to the home affairs. The customer service number never goes through to any consultant. People who app**** after me have their permits already. <br> How long is 8 weeks really counting from the 3rd of November 2014. Why is the VFS and the DHA so disorganized ? A feed back on the process status will be much appreciated and an explanation of the reasons behind this long delay. Someone is sitting on his/her work somewhere somehow.
