VFS and DHA changing the submission date!

After having my relative visa renewal denied due to not including bank statements (not required for spouses) and my 15 year old daughter not having a Police Clearance (not required for under 18 year olds). We appealed within 10 days with the attached bank statements included on January 23rd for what should be a ridiculously simple process. (We want bank statements, now we have bank statements.)<br> <br> Now to add insult to injury I phone to see how the process is coming along and due to a \technical error"our permanent residence application which was submitted in November last year is registered on the system as being submitted in February! <br> <br> Our appeal for TR was submitted on January 23rd but is registered on the system as being submitted end of MAY!!! The VFS agent said he would \""expedite our application numbers\"" (the 4th time they've told me they would do this) to get the dates corrected but"
