Vfs abbreviation for very flippen slow!

<p>We have now been waiting for two refunds for two and a half months. </p> <p>This issue is becoming comical in nature. </p> <p>I received an email over a week ago that the issue was resolved and that we'll get refunded within a few days. </p> <p>The reference on the two refunds are as follows: TRR ********** and PRP ********** .</p> <p>PLEASE RESOLVE THIS MATTER AT THE SOONEST. </p> <p>I HAVE CONTACTED VFS ON SEVERAL LEVELS NAMELY VFS MANAGER IN BRUMA, Ms Zakithi M, Hellopeter, and on VFS Global site and still not paid. </p> <p>Ill scream if I have to hear another VFS employee how sorry they are. </p> <p>I don't need the apology... Just the refund!, please!! </p> <p> </p>
