Vfc not refunding funds

It's been more than a month since I posted my issue I encounter with vfs global asking for my refund from company web and hello Peter. However both hello peter and vfs global non of the platform responded or has brought out come and I don't know why I haven't got my refund. Is this ***** or something I expect a global platform to perform in a reliable and trustworthy services
