Very slow service - Rivonia VFS collections

Im sitting right now in the waiting area to collect an outcome for my child's temporary permit. The waiting room is full of people who are also waiting to collect. The service is so slow and I have been sitting here for the past 3 hours and nothing seems to be going on. The frustrating thing is there are people who seem to be getting first preference as soon as they walk in. Secondly as i wait I'm not sure if I am going to get a positive outcome after sitting this long. The Rivonia branch needs people who are committed in giving a swift and efficient service. We are not allowed to eat while we wait and you are scared to go out with fear that your name might be called out while you have left.
