Very responsive and helpful

Thank you very much, I have been contacted by Mr Thapelo Kgwale. He was very helpful and insightful and also went the extra mile and answered the other questions I had with regards to the application . He responded to my emails promptly and also phoned me a couple of times. I also got very good help from theor call centre and everything went smoothly. However it would be nice if the individuals sitting at the various offices were on the same page as dha. As they did not take all my documents that I wished to submit as per the checklist and a bit worried it might jeopardise my application. Awaiting the decision of my application before giving full stars so for now 4 stars
