VERY INEFFICIENT VFS GLOBAL SYSTEM!

The new system for booking appointments for South African Visas is totally dysfunctional. So many error messages and it takes too long after submitting an inquiry to get technical assistance. From being told "the system does not allow for submission of two applications" to "rescheduling button is not working you must just submit application through premium lounge and pay extra money". How do they just disable system functionalities without prior notice of the changes to applicants and expect people to pay extra money. All these system inefficiencies are really costly to us. We are already paying to use the service in the first instance. They have already increased fees but instead of improving things they bring a more dysfunctional system and expect clients to pay extra for an inconvenience and an inefficient system. Why ask people to pay extra premium lounge fees when its the vfs system not working well? Why disable rescheduling button and force people to attend an appointment which is no longer convenient for them as if its a free service in the first place? These money-making schemes have to stop!!! No refund button on the new system as well!! Everything is being set to inconvenience and extract more money from clients who are already paying so much. SO NOT FAIR!!!!
