VERY DISAPPOINTING LACK OF SERVICE & ASSISTANCE

I am trying to apply for an short stay Irish visa for my husband and myself - the website does not allow one to make the booking - it just shows not available, of if you miraculously get past that, it does not allow one to make the payment. It continually says I must clear my caches and /or use another browser. I have done that multiple times over the last few days and nothing has worked. I phoned the call centre - it took 16 calls to get through. They acknowledged they have issues, but told me to send an email to baanet...@vfsglobal and bruce...@vfsglobal. I have sent emails, but no response. Why can the helpdesk not send the email or advise these managers that there is a BIG problem? Why does no-one get back to us, their clients??
