Very delayed VISA, no correspondence, bad service
My wonderful au pair app**** to renew her Visa at VSF global as per the guidelines, but has been waiting several months with no information and a call centre that doesn't work.<br> Your service is shocking and I have no idea what is going on.<br> when will the visa be available?<br> <br> Thandiwe Mataruka DOB 02/06/1967
