VERY BAD SERVICE FROM VFS REGARDING A REFUND!

Our offices app**** for a permit for an employee but accidentally app**** for the incorrect permit. We had already paid for this one. We then app**** for the correct one and paid once again...R3000 odd a go! I have been emailing VFS since April regarding this refund to no avail. No courtesy email, no phone call. Nothing! I phoned VFS this morning and explained the situation. I was given the email address for Bruce Lukhele which is apparenlty the manager to speak to. His email bounced: ***!! What more must I do or who can I contact regarding this very bad service received?! You are getting paid well for this service but the service from your side is shocking!
