Very bad service for visa submission

Hi I was given the appointment time at 11:45 to submit visa for my parents. Around 2 pm when I check no proper response. They are telling people came around 10 am also still here submission was not done at, very irrelevant answers the staff are giving. No respect for people's time. Very bad service.
