VERY BAD SERVICE

VFS staff do nothing to assist one, they only contacted me as I wrote a review about them and they wanted more info about my review. Ofentse the supervisor contacted me and he assisted me regarding a visa for Switzerland. I filled in all the forms and paid the fee. Than the fingerprints were not good enough for Swiss Embassy and we had to drive all the way from Tshipise just for that? The staff at VFS behave like they doing one a great favour!! I also had to change my flight details to suit the Swiss??? I don't understand the SWISS staff?? I certainly do not want to LIVE in Switzerland!!!All I want is to visit my daughter who lives in Switzerland and visit my grandchildren??? What a ridiculous answer to refuse my visa by stating my info was not reliable??? What about all my money, time I spent??? Ofentse was not helpful to me at all this time and was just giving me excuses!!! My money is good enough why don't you repay all my expenses and treat all the people that come there better!! If it was not for us none of you would have a job??? When one is there it is like they doing you a great favour by assisting one. What a waste of time and money and no one is really interested in helping their customer's and because of us u people have jobs!!! So now must one run after the Visa people and the SWISS Embassy who for NO valid reason refused my visa.
