Value for money - ZSP work permit

I app**** for my ZSP permit on the 19th of December 2014 and paid R870.00 for the process to take place. After the submission of my application I was told that the turnaround time for my permit to be processed was 8 - 10 weeks. It is now 12 weeks in counting and there is still no response regarding the outcome of my work permit. I am being asked at work on a daily basis why my permit is taking so long because I told them that it would take 8 - 10 weeks like I was told at the VFS center in Polokwane please kindly assist as I feel that this permit issue is now taking to long, three months in counting now and there is still no outcome.
