Utterly poor service at VFS Rivonia

Not even worth a star rating. Went to VFS Rivonia to apply for my son’s visa. I was shocked by the level of unreasonableness and unprofessionalism of their staff, Sylivia. Unfortunately top management is not always on the ground, otherwise this lady is not worth to be seating behind the counter serving customers. She totally has zero listening skills, yet she’s very talkative and loud. Yeah, mouth breather!!!. I noted she feels she has control over customers due to the fact she is on the other side of the counter. When I went to her counter, she started interrogating me over irrelevant stuff and I asked her to just process my application as I didn’t have time for her petty conversations. She felt her power was offended and refused to serve me. I can’t forget how loud she was as she boasted that she wasn’t going to attend to me. And again, she didn’t even care I would report her which suggests VFS take the issues of customer services lightly.
