Utter lack of service!!!!!

<p>Today I called VPS Global in Pretoria to chase up my application for a COPY of me permanent residency certificate. This copy (by Home Affairs own standards) should take 8 months....it has now been 16 months!!!</p> <p>First call to VPS - I get through to the dept, hear voices in the background, get cut off!</p> <p>Second call to VPS - I get through to the dept, hear voices in the background, get cut off!</p> <p>Third call - get through to an Agent...she puts me on hold for 4 mins 38seconds before I give up!</p> <p>Fourth call - get through to an Agent...she says she will transfer me, get cut off!</p> <p>Fifth, sixth & seventh calls - get told all agents are busy before getting cut off after4 mins of holding!</p>
