Poor /Useless service provider
I am so disgusted with the service received from VFS global Durban who tell you to wait 45 days for your visa before they will even follow up.
VFS will assure you that your passport will be ready in 15 days but when the 15 days is up and it’s not ready they will tell you to follow up in 45 days.It does not matter if you will miss your flights and you would have already returned from your trip before the 45days is up and you have already waited the 15 days as they do not care and will tell you they cannot help you.
