I have sent multiple follow-up emails regarding the payment allocation for reference LES*** (Mampai Marianna Matsoele) which was done on the 22 April 2024. Despite this, the payment remains unallocated, and I have received no response from your office regarding the status of this query.
I require an urgent update on this matter.
