Unreliable website
Disappointing service for such an important task like visa application. The website is not reliable at all. After filled out information in gov.uk website and paid for the visa, I can't logon to the account on VFS website though with 'correct' password and now my account is locked. I can't reset the password either because the email to reset it never arrives. No response from *** too.
