Unreliable

Good Day<br> My husband app**** for his PRP last year October, he still hasn't received it people who went after him received theirs, each we call the centre we are put on hold 4 more than 10 minutes. ...than it just cuts when we do get hold of someone we are told it's still In process, this is totally frustrating and disappointing,because it's holding us back, I am a south African citizen and can't understand what's going on we have a 4 year who wants to visit her grandparents how would my husband go without a permit.
