unprofessional, unhelpful and arrogant due to monopoly

I was applying for a change of permit to take up employment, and asked the customer service about the documents needed, they assured me twice that i do not require police clearance from foreign countries as i already have a valid permit. come the day of application , i am told that i need those polices clearances. this caused me almost a month delay snce i had to get these from my home country and my employer is not happy about it. "The least VFS can do is train the staff to be helpful and prvide the right information to customers. unfrotunately we do not have another option but to use VFS , the worst service ever.
