Unprofessional and Inexperienced

<p>Warm welcome from security officer who welcomed me and let me into the premises of VFS Global in Capetown. After 10 minutes anotheer security man arrived and told me to take off the cap I was wearing - not allowed he said - not allowed to wear a cap when applying for a visa?</p> <p>The lady who attempted to help me with the application for Greece was unfriendly...she was not assigned to the Greek Applicant desk but at the desk next to the Greek applicant desk....no please or thank you existed in her language.....she wanted to send me away as no standard form was used as a supporting document...yet all the required information required was on the form...The manager had to confirm that the application can be submitted... At the fingerprint office she just said..."close the door"...after the biometric part was completed all she said was 'Done" - not even a good bye! Must say this was a let down after plenty previous good experiences at the same office... </p>
