Unpleasant service at VFS Port Elizabeth Walmer park

Hello Members, please be aware that VFS South Africa is no longer the one you knew 3 years ago. Especially the one in Port Elizabeth. Just to inquire something you will spend ****** 3 to 4 hours without being properly attended to. The security are also very rude treating clients like children with no respect. I have seen it not less than 5 times. We deserve and we demand a better service. Can the security also get to know that they are not managers ????
