Unnecessary disrespectful and insolent behaviour

I felt disrespected during my visit to VFS Global Cape Town (UK Visa Application Centre). When I asked a question related to my visa application, the staff member assisting me responded with unnecessary insolence. She stated that she had been doing this work for a long time—implying that I shouldn't question or seek clarification. This response was unprofessional and dismissive, especially in a process that naturally raises questions for applicants. * I have had the opposite experience with VFS Global (Italian Visa application Centre in Cape Town), where they are friendly and helpful.
