I received my receipt for a labour from the department of labour, and on the document it stares that I should submit it to VFS for submission to the Department of Home Affairs. On the 12th May I went to submit the Document and the manager Nathi said that they did not know what to do with the document, and they cannot submit it to home affairs. He then took down my contact details and said he would enquire and get back to me as to what procedure is to be followed. <br> After not receiving any follow up I returned to VFS Rivonia on the 15th, only for Nathi to refuse to come to the reception to assist. The message he sent was that I need to wait for the adjudication to respond to the application already tendered then the document will be included in the appeal. <br> Mind to say the appeal process costs money, I have already been waiting for the adjudication since 11 February.
