Unfortunately I was ********** by this ********** and shady company VFS Global.

During my Visa application process, I purchased a service called SMS Service. The service description taken from their website reads: "Get instant visa application updates sent to your phone".

The Visa process ended and this company never sent any single SMS to my phone. When I complained and requested a refund they answered with the most ridiculous of arguments: - That I had already contacted the VAC Centre on my own - That SMS can is a form of communication and that it can also be taken as a phone call.

Clearly, this company operates with a deliberate deceit.
