Understand the process VFS Bruma

<p>We submitted documents under the incorrect category for the renewal of our visas. The outcome was rejection letters based on the incorrect categories. </p> <p>The appeal letter stated that we have ten days in which to appeal this decision. VFS Bruma refused to take our applications because the rejection letter stated the wrong category. If we are given the opportunity to appeal a decision why should they refuse to accept the application, as long as we had an application in process and appeal even if our visas had expired we could still remain in RSA, by VFS Bruma telling us to apply in the correct category we face an obvious rejection as our visas since expired in process. They told us to do a letter of Good Cause. These Letters take so long to apply for.</p> <p>VFS stop breaking up families because you cannot read letters from the DHA stating that we are entitled to ten days to appeal a decision!</p>
