Unallocated payment

I paid a payment in September already, in order to book my appointment, it has been over a month and still VFS finance is "claiming" that they cannot trace my payment, and I'm not the only person waiting in line" something is going on there at VFS, this just doesn't make any sense, the WORST SERVICE ever, It's like no one over there (in the finance department) know what they doing, I don't understand why they are the only agency one can work with in terms of submitting permit to home affairs. They are just not helpful at all
