Unacceptable Sevice

I am writing again about VFS INCOMPETENCE!!! I have to inform the public that VFS do mot know what they r doing? Grossly *********** and they think they are doing the public a big favour, I had to write a report to get assistance and still the staff did not do their job properly and I had to drive all the way to Pretoria for fingerprints and than after I leave tell me the flights are over 90 days??? Did they not c it??? The manager Niven and supervisor Effersense Sufuru will also working with my file and now I get a v ugly email about my visa. Really disappointing and I would not recommend VFS !!!
