Unacceptable Service

Good day I have previously written about VFS visa section for Switzerland. I wrote about fees and the Manager from VFS called me and the supervisor Effese Surufu also assisted me and he was professional. After all the waiting and everything was done and two days later I get an email from VFS regarding NY fingerprints.

I was told the fingerprints had to be redone and we drove all the way from Tshipise which is 500km one way and redid them.

Today I get an email about NY stay???WHAT is the staff doing at VFS??? WHO is going to pay my expenses???

How can one recommend their services??? VFS staff makes errors and we the public must just accept this inefficiency????

I await a response from the management. By the way I also spoke to Niven the manager
