Unacceptable service by both VFS Global and Portuguese Consulate

I don't understand how other countries are doing it, this thing of applying for a visa through a 3rd party is not working. Right now I don't know tf is going on with my passport and instead of VFS Global in Pretoria to assist in this situation they are not doing anything. The matter is even escalated. As for the VFS tracking system, just nonsense. There's no update since I've submitted my application like tf must happen now.

They are saying the processing of a Schengen visa take approximately 15days but for me its been a month and I still don't have my visa. I have few days before my vacation and where is my passport I don't know. I am wondering also on the service offered by Portugal Embassy, this is just **** because why can't they process the visa whilst it was received early. On top of it there's no communication.

We need a new way of applying for this Schengen visa, so that we can be able to punch this consulates faces for not doing their jobs on time. Imagine submitting something on time hoping that it will be ready on time. Oh and don't even start on emailing them, they do not response to mails.
