Unable to schedule an appointment - Pathetic service provider

VFS Global - Due to COVID-19, VFS asked to schedule an appointment but VFS website / Call centre / Email are so pathetic and None of these services type assisted to book an appointment in SEPT, OCT and NOV. The response, I must wait (don't know how long) just to get an appointment. Can VFS be replaced with other competent service provider?
