Unable to schedule an appointment

I paid R2870 fee on 3 Sept 2015 at 8pm in order to schedule an appointment. To date (9 September 2015, 9pm) I am still unable to schedule an appointment. I have made numerous calls to the call centre and they all say that there's a system error and IT will be in touch. No one has called. I have sent my proof of payment and screen shot to the information desk email but still nothing.<br> PLEASE MY VISA IS ABOUT TO EXPIRE AND NEED TO SUBMIT URGENTLY. Please respond with a way forward.
