I’ve had the worst experience filling in the online application form for a South African PR permit. Not only is it a nightmare as the I form keeps kicking me out but the call center agent I spoke to, Prudence was extremely rude and dismissive. Please can I urgently get help. I’ve tried using Internet explorer 11, Microsoft edge and chrome and they all keep restarting the entire application refusing to save and continue to the next page of the form.
