UK visa refund

Good day,I am writing to express my experience regarding my experience with VFS and TLS and the UK consulate regarding my experience, in January 2024 I went to apply for a super priority UK schengen visa at TLS Port Elizabeth, just before I go for my appointment I cancelled my appointment due to my assignment changes, I didn't go for any biometrics, I then asked for a refund ,since January 2025 till to day, I personally contacted the UK visa consulate they said to me I must not take any further actions they will escalate the issue, that was June 2024,I wanted till to day for them to get back to me with a solution still no further communication, to day I visited TLS and VFS and they told me they cannot further assist me i need to contact the UK consulate. I am so disappointed it's almost 18 months I'm waiting for my refund ,I've sent all relevant documents they asked me for.
