UK Visa Center in Qatar: VFS Global in Doha, Qatar is the WORST

I can not believe that people here do not talk about it.

I had an incident yesterday with a female staff members at VFS Global Qatar. She was incredibly disrespectful and have insulted me. Unfortunately I was not able to get her name because when I asked her she responded: "If you want to know my name, get it from the British embassy. I am not required to give you my name." Needless to say, I was in shock at her behavior.

I was asking her if it is normal for passports to take longer than 4 days to arrive and she began to raise her voice. She told me if I want to know anything about my visa/passport I should contact the UK embassy in Doha. I informed her that I have done so already and realized that any visa related matters are directed to their office (VFS Global) and I can not get in touch with the embassy regarding this matter. She then responded loudly: "Didn't you just told me that you called the embassy?” I responded by telling her that the concern should not be the accuracy of of whether I called the UK embassy or not but rather the issue at hand. She began to rise her voice again and respond in very offensive way.

I raised a complain with regard to the behavior of that staff member but unfortunately the response I got was not relating to the matter. The response I received stressed that VFS Global does not interfere with the decision making although that no where in my complaint did I imply that the VFS office is involved in the decision making of any visa application. In fact, I still have not received the decision of my application and I do understand that VFS is only a third party partner. I was incredibly disappointed in how this matter was handled.
