UK VFS in Kolkata, India

<p>There is no customer support services, no communication! I have to hear from other state VFS officals that my visa has been approved and sent to the Kolkata branch. The kolkata branch hasn't even bothered to contact me or send me a status update about my visa. The hospitality is awful and slack! Even the phone number on the net is incorrect, instead of UK VFS it connects you to the Canada VFS. What the ****? </p>
