TRC APPLICATION PENDING FOR 7Months now
VFS South Africa has a worse service ever, I submitted my application for study permit TRC since June 2021, but it's been 7months now it still says my application has been received at DHA Pretoria, When calling the VFS Helpdesk they are very rude and they drop calls all time, waste of time and money.

One of your agent contacted me and informed me that they will escalate this issue, but no idea how long this will take again, and my visa has already expired since 31-Dec-2021, now if the outcome is negative what am i going to do? and how will I be able to reply? and who will be responsible for this delay or lost?
We're trying our best to apply on time but the VFS and DHA are now giving us hard time and we will end up with no legal paper in this country, then whose fault is this going to be?
Please help me get my visa and it's very urgent
