THEY MISPLACE THE COPY OF MY PERMIT AND NOW ASKING ME TO PAY R1350 FOR THE 3RD TIME

I wrote previously about my study permit and resubmitted the medical aid request by VFS. Waited for 2 months for an outcome. Suddenly it was rejected AGAIN saying that there is a missing copy of a previous permit which I and myself submitted TWICE. When I asked why this point was not mentioned in the first rejection letter so that I can resubmit it with medical aid, the answer I got was "I don't know really but just pay R1350 and submit the copy again as you only have 10 days" Seriously after missing classes for over 2 months and all you come up with is a Copy of a permit you have in your system...just a copy? So I went to see a consultant and show her the permit in my passport and I asked her how is this possible to make copies of all permit and visa then jump this specific one. She said sorry, will have a look for you can contact you back as you said you submitted it twice. Till today nothing and the 10 days are almost finished. VFS/Home Affairs Seriousily? I provided TWICE the permit you are talking about with all my other permits. Really...missing class because of this...? Do you know how much pain you guys are causing me? I must pay R1350 for a permit u have in your system as you gave me the date and name of the institution.
