THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND MY PAYMENT!!

They make us pay before they even take the documents for the submission, but they don't refund at all. I paid for two permit renewals, mine and my son's. When j got my papers wrong or missing, I had to cancel the first application, fill in for a refund then start a new one, and pay again. But I haven't been refunded for the previous application. Everytime I email them, k get automated emails and when I call the helpline it rings and I get taken through voice prompts and eventually it cuts after five minutes. These people are ********. My permits haven't even been released yet but I have paid around R5400 (R1350 x 2, plus R1550 + 1350) for all four when it should have been for only two. This is BEYOND UPSETTING!! You guys hate us for not being south African but our money is good enough to be ******? How??
